The Bathurst Estate owns and manages a number of residential and commercial properties which are available to let. Whether you’re looking for a new home or a practical business space, get in touch to see what’s currently available.

Allotments
Nothing tastes as good as something home grown. That is why our allotments have been running successfully for several years; not only do you know exactly what’s going into your fruit and vegetables but having your own piece of the ‘good life’ offers a way to save money while being part of an active, friendly community.
Run by volunteer wardens, Estate allotments are in Somerford Road, Barton Lane, Siddington and North Cerney.
Plots are popular but occasionally become available.
Grazing
We can offer smaller paddocks suitable for grazing horses and sheep. These are let on annual licences. Licences run from 1st April to 31st December annually, with the option to continue to 31st March, subject to the condition of the paddock.
